Much like last year, we’ve returned for another fashion week. Or as I like to call it, “busy season.” Fashion Week is a week-long event full of runway shows and pop-up events where designers show their upcoming collections. This Fashion Week in New York, in short, is NYFW 2023.
At the start of the year, fashion week showcases the upcoming season: fall-winter or autumn-winter. Designers showcase their winter collections now because there is still time to produce a spring-summer collection. Spring is almost here, which wouldn’t give customers enough time to decide whether they want the garments. Coats, boots, and thick fabrics usually cascade down the runway.
NYFW commenced yesterday and will end on the 15th of February. Here are the current shows and events in the lineup curated for you to keep an eye on and watch in retrospect.
