The previous Fashion Week destination I reported on was Berlin. The city is full of young, up-and-coming talent, eager to compete on the international stage. In real life, we are all returning to our mundane routines post Copenhagen Fashion Week. This time, we’re staying in Europe and travelling to Norway, to experience Oslo Fashion Week (OR25).
It is noteworthy to mention that most brands will show Spring 2026 collections. However, Oslo Runway is a seasonless event. On the whole, the brands choose to show what they want. The brands can decide for themselves, or also show a curated selection.
It is surprising that the fashion community in Oslo have deviated from the norm and refers to the event as Oslo Runway. Could it be an attempt to gain popularity amid more high-profile competitive cities? Perhaps, but regardless, I love fashion and championing great designs. With that being said, Oslo Runway hosts a plethora of events, including gallery viewings and pop-up events.
Oslo Runway begins on Monday, the 25th of August. Here are the fashion shows and presentations at OR25 we’ll be keeping an eye on, which you can watch in retrospect.

Oslo Runway officially ends on Saturday, the 30th of August. The Pop-up by “Norwegian Craft & Creativity” is one of the standout events not mentioned in the schedule above. It runs from the beginning to the end of Fashion Week and features a few of the names hosting their own events. For example, ESP, Gobmi, Oleana, Bastante Textile, Cala Jade, Woodling and Tarinii will all be featured in the pop-up.
Separately, Sorgenfri Artwear will host its event at the Gallery Sorgenfri, specialising in curating collectables, tailor-made or small-scale production, made in Norway. The event will invite artists and designers to contribute their creative ideas in response to the specific problem: What is the future of fashion?
