On the 4th of August, Copenhagen Fashion Week SS26 (“CPHFW SS26”) will showcase its new season presentations. Presentations are part of the fashion week calendar, as designers showcase their upcoming collections. The difference between fashion shows and presentations is clear, and there’ll be much to see this season. The Danes have a unique and beloved sense of style that is often recreated internationally, depending on the weather.

There will be 14 presentations in total, including Sophie Bille Brahe’s new collection. A few presentations are more than just presentations—they’re events. Stella Nova’s SS26 collection will be displayed on a cruise ride, and By Malene Birger’s collection will be showcased in the flagship store, accompanied by dinner. Malene Birger just reinvented the definition of retail therapy.

Separately, contemporary Nordic creativity will take centre stage in central Copenhagen, bringing together a mix of emerging designers and established fashion and lifestyle brands. Stine Goya and Josephine Yaa Akuamoah will also take over Copenhagen as they display their SS26 collection collaboration in File Under Pop. Some of the biggest names include Anne Sofie Madsen, Munthe, MKDT Studio, Baum und Pferdgarten and Cecilie Bahnsen.
